This is not an answer to your question, but general thoughts on SOI I am having whilst reading your post.
Experience tells me that you can get different figures for SOI, for the same company, depending on where you obtain the figures. This can be because web-sites and brokers may or may not include escrowed shares, pre-issue bonus/performance/employee shares and similar.
Large numbers of rights at very low strike prices is another matter to be aware of if concerned with SOI. They will contribute to SOI for very little capital into the company sometimes.
