Guys still seeking some clarification. Surely this isn't the worst question everon a HC thread?

Here's a cut and paste from appendix 3B on the new issue announcement of last week.

46,500,000 Class C Performance Rights (restricted)

How many shares on the market on the 22nd? the 398,174,644 which aren't on the asx, when will they be? seems like a lot waiting in the wings.

I'm trying to understand how much market cap there will be and how and when the other shares will be able to be traded and what impact that will have on share price. Cautiously optimistic, but please help me get my head around all these shares.
