Hey Brainchip forum,

I'd like some clarification on the shares on issue on relisting.

This taken from the prospectus, of shareholders after relisting who will have more than 5%

Peter van der Made 126,805,508 19.9 %

This means 637,000,000 shares on issue on relisting vs 210,000,000 on issue previously

Is this figure all shares at issue or are there rules to when the other shares come on the market. (i'm sure performance rights shares? others not on market on relisting?)

Implications? looks like a lot of dilution but it's got to be tempered hopefully by some milestones... hopefully!
