No, that wasn't the number of holders who voted; there were also 'open' votes. What I was trying to highlight was the fact that even though the shares and option issue to PS got through in a landslide on actual number of votes; the number of holders voting AGAINST the resolutions was higher than those who voted FOR.
That means Orbis' and co's votes were what made the difference.
The vote on the 2nd tranche doesn't have that problem so if we get a similar number of holders voting against it; it has a good chance of getting voted down IMO.
