I've given a bit of thought to this situation and the posts here suggesting Reddys could be angling for a take over and this is how they'll control price etc.

If Reddys are deliberately dawdling to manipulate our sp, then I think they will have a great deal of trouble finding future partners, and their business model needs lots of them. also, if Reddys is disclosing this information to select financial advisers, who then make it public, what is the point of keeping it a secret from us or ACL? why would as little as a month ago Reddys and ACL publicly state they are on track with their predicted sales by years end only to ruin their credibility with an announcement like this one? I can't find any mention of this information anywhere else, why disclose it to one institution?
