    Been trying to work out what the shares on issue are - Im using the annual report and the "incorrect" 3B's;

    290m issued (142m in escrow to MOL)
    17m to Sony
    40m to Maylord
    40m current prospectus (incl 6m to EzyDVD??)
    6m to XPMedia

    Pre EzyDVD allocation for hitting 15 targets, this is;

    393m shares

    Is this correct?
