    Will farms know how to run a billion dollar revenue company? No
    Does the management need to own a lot of share to operate the company? No
    Who can oversee the board decision, even it's stuipd like the unreasonably high price before? Nobody

    Even the MGC is over sold already, because the ill structured UNIT Trust, investors have lost confience of the incapable board.
