I find it ironic that up until yesterday I haven't heard anyone having any issues with previous performance shares for AVZ Management.
Yes, Mr Nigel Ferguson received 30,000,000 performance options on 25/3/17 (when the SP was 0.029). At that time my guess is that approx 90% of current shareholders hadn't even heard of AVZ.
Since then the AVZ SP has skyrocketed to 26.5c (up 815% in only 13 months)..............nothing to be sneezed at.
Considering AVZ has over 1.7 billion shares and over 200 million options on issue, the 20 odd million performance shares to Management & employees in yesterday's announcement is IMHO pie in the sky stuff in the scheme of things.
Complaining and arguing about this on public forums will not help AVZ achieve the SP we all wish for. DYOR,............... however this is my opinion and GLTAH
