That said, if someone without knowledge of AVZ take a quick glance through Columbo's paragraph and not spend time to go through the table, one can interpret wrongly that there's a huge dilution due to performance right.

wont't ferguson's rights be a non event when catl buys out AVZ in q2 for $0.85 to $1? Easter eggs a plenty.
catl needs a supply and are too self important to consider a JV.
