I think the key point here is that the Top 20 list confirms what ML has repeated often on Twitter - that he hasn't sold a single share. That's a huge personal commitment to the success of AVZ.
Whether ML's employer Airguide sold a comparatively small amount of shares, probably for running costs, as Columbo has suggested, is not an issue IMHO.
