    Given its a done deal as you say when the company states in an announcement, its subject to shareholders approval, that's further insult to retail shareholders as it is quite dismissive of the views of those holders.

    I will still be returning my NO vote, fwiw..... as a message does need to be sent regarding sediment on these types of 'done deals'.
