I've found that if you put something out there that doesn't fit with the 'this is going to the moon' mantra you either get ignored or knocked down as being a troll or downramper, so don't worry too much about the response.

IMO this is an important issue because people will soon need to vote on the granting of the latest round of rights. The running history shows a trend of what some would call excessive remuneration via these low hurdled rights.

I'm also a holder of a large number of shares and confident of AVZ's prospects so I hope I don't get labeled a troll for this post as well, but I think management needs to be sent a message that they need to reign in the number of rights handed out or raise the hurdles.
