Hi Tech,if we vote for a spill motion,where does that leave us,as I understand it,Lou retains his position,because he is not a non executive director,but the others will go,and can reapply for their positions,I would also be happy to see Lou go,but how do we get rid of him also.Any comments from you and others would be appreciated, as I need to vote before a Tuesday,and it may count cheers
