    The options are not exerciseable until 2009, which is unusual. It means there is no pressure to exercise at all. So, in buying the options, it provides greater leverage with no signifcantly greater risk than buying the shares.

    If you do the math, a 100% uplift in the share price will equate to perhaps a greater % uplift in the value of the options/warrants. It was possibly more pronounced when the shareswere at a lowere level...maybe not such a big deal now...still has to be more leverage in the warrants.
