You people aren't doing your homework again...
The Escrow shares are held by the original vendors of whom O'Keeffe & Wall hold the majority. If they sell, they get one payday. If they hold for the time being, there will be a big incentive to pay dividends.
How many small first up producers do you know who pay a dividend ???
The grades certainly allow the payment of a dividend which "could" be in the order of between 3-10 cps.
Also - why would one sell out so soon - more drilling could add a substantial number of ounces to the resource/reserve.
More than one way to skin a cat.
