Again I will note in know very little about the stock market but seems on reading this that escrow shares scare people, have something thing you all may help me with considering the shares out of escrow are vendor shares, held by a related party of directors, 100% defiantly not selling a single one.
if these shares are already seen in the "fully diluted" number why does it matter if they are available to sell?
