just going back through this;

"The issue of performance shares (“Performance Shares”) that together with the Ordinary
Consideration Shares represent 70% of the fully diluted shares on issue at Settlement in​

consideration for the acquisition of 100% of LPE."

This was in prospectus, it means that the 4 entities;
Ben Chester
Damien Glanville
Jarwil P/L
Pettett

will own 70% once they get to 100GWh
only leave 30% for us to squabble about, wow my $20K looks pretty shit
