Yes, most of them will not get sold but even if just a few percent of them are this could really affect the price in the short term and so people really fear that.
Does anyone happen to know the details of who exactly holds all the escrow shares? I have a rough idea but would like to know more about if those from pre-RTO or during the RTO process are part of the escrowed group?
Nobody likes to have cash tied up so I wouldn't be surprised to see anyone that doesn't have any direct association with LPE selling their shares immediately after release from escrow.
