it was 10% but it was less than the 6.5 (if i recall correctly) that they announced for october and this is after they garnered a loan from themselves for $2m to accelerate the conversion process. I think the acceleration part of it has been lost, folks wanted to see 7-10GW's this month so recent buyers probably selling. In any case, whilst some ANN's will show up as a spike on a chart mostly charts ignore news at the moment it's come to a bottom and is treading sideways, I expect the sideways action to continue for a bit longer yet.
