anyone who wants to sell all or a big chunk of 150m shares online in a short term would commit financially suicide.
There are always enough buyers off-line when a discount is offered. So I won't expect much going through for less than 2c but if, like you, I am more than happy to grab a big lot of them. It's like I am buying a house and the seller puts more and more furniture into the house by simultaneously lowering the price.
So, I won't mind buying at 0.1c if the sellers feel the need.
