I've seen this thing in the past but on a much larger scale.see old MUL days. I couldn't agree with you more. But really it's only diluted if they spend the money on servicing current debt or nothing. If the money enhances the value of the company above the value of the money received then all is OK. The real question is, " What is AGM doing with the money?". If the beards are reading this then please let us know why you sold Jinchuan these shares?
Shareholders will leave your company in droves if they sniff a rat..Respect us..and the same will be returned
