Borrowing isn't always the best thing. Most lenders will force the borrower to take out some sort of hedging. Also a raising of $3m is really peanuts and I don't think we needed to approach a lender for that.
The shareholder one is interesting. A SPP takes more time. Again with such a small capital raising I don't think it was worth it.
Really I'm surprised they went so small.
