Not sure if this is the correct forum to discuss this but during the week I had a parcel of shares I am holding disappear from my account.
$30k worth just vanished into thin airI won't mention which shares they were or which bank I do business with because that will get me into trouble.
Rang them up twice, emailed them 5 times and waited 7 hours to get them back. No explanation given as how or why this happened. Should I change banks? , should I expect this to happen again ?. I was sick for 2 whole days .
Has anyone else experienced this?
