Look, I know where you are coming from and some people have different levels of patience and different expectations. For me, the potential of Spring Hill and Dundas far outweighs any negatives at the moment (not that I think any exist).
I just detest it when people come here saying things that others may take as gospel without any basis. I know you have done your research on THR so this does not apply to you.
