Unilife Corporation Announces Register Balances for Shares of Common
Stock and CDIs as of March 31, 2010
Lewisberry, PA (April 15, 2010) In accordance with ASX listing requirements, Unilife
Corporation (?Unilife? or ?Company?) (NASDAQ: UNIS; ASX: UNS) today disclosed to
shareholders that the register balances as at March, 31 2010 were:
? 9,558,238 shares of common stock (8,392,238 shares quoted on NASDAQ and
1,166,000 shares of restricted stock) on the USA register of holders; and
? 265,332,072 CHESS Depositary Interests (CDIs) (quoted on ASX - representing
44,222,012 shares of common stock) on the Australian register of holders.
The total issued capital was 53,780,250 shares of common stock (or 322,681,500 CDIs if all
common stock was held as CDIs).
