CTO was the last of my penny stocks, though I still follow and comment on it. I would suggest as you are retired take the time and read back through some of the quarterlies and announcements re funding that have appeared over the last 5 years or so years and perhaps you will understand some of the negativity towards the company from holders/ ex-holders on the chat forums.
