Well not really wanting do start up this debate again... And I don't really think its a great deal apparently giving up 60% of the company... But the 72Million they just signed for is going to at least turn this into a real company far better than nothing.
Whatever the value winds up being, I'm not sure of. But I do know... as long as it eventually has some decent revenue, this could still be a real winner.
