You only need to use one fullstop to end a sentence.
Your point is lost on me. One minute you talk about percentages being the be all and end all and the shareprice doesn't matter than you change.
I'm trying to have a decent discussion with you. I'm happy to continue, but please first, answer my question on how does one sell 35,000,000 shares without decreasing the value of the existng shares.
Percentages don't matter.
If your point is SOLELY that the increase of shares will decrease the value of the shares then perhaps you are correct, but that will depend on the value of the vended assets.
WE ARE TALKING ABOUT A LARGE NUMBER OF SHARES HERE. THEY CAN'T BE TRADED UNLESS TWO THINGS HAPPEN. 1) SIGNIFICANT VALUE CREATING A MERKET FOR LARGE PARCELS 2) TAKE-OVER WHICH ONLY HAPPENS AFTER 1 HAPPENS.
If I wanted to purchase a controlling stake in an asx shell and vend in my lemon stand for a trillion shares am I any richer than I was when I just had the controlling stake? The answer is NO.
