Im not stressed and i hold heaps more then you.I had over 1 million free carry and topped up another 3 mill at .007.This is a risk but imo a good one just sit back there are no administrators circling and she is paying her way quite well.

I wouldnt be surprised to see a profit in coming years and remember most importantly,all loans are sucured by first rate properties.
