If it’s strategically important to all ex-China guvs do you really think they would not have a critical interest if not outright say in what happens to Lynas and ownership. You cannot, for example, invest in some Korean high tech companies except through funds ie: not directly unless you are from Korea. This protects the company but also may limit the upside because it cannot technically go to the highest bidder but that’s ok with me. I’ll take $20 in a few years and am happy to wait. Maybe we will get some divvys in the meantime.
