Quite the contrary. I don't want them to sign up just quite yet....let's get the FDA feedback, let's get a green light...and mate, let the auction begin....
It's in our interest to negotiate not with just one player...IF one player is happy and we are generally happy with the progressed terms, that's good...least we have a fall back in any case, but it could be a bigger win if someone else is also interested and can come up to speed quickly and beat the terms.
