"Listening to PR speak, he spoke as though a partner is lined up, he then lost his train of thought which made me think he had realised that he had dropped information into the webinar he hadn’t intended to." - His track record suggests otherwise. The last time he talked about work being done to secure a partner to fund their trials, we literally got smacked with a capital raising the week after.
Trust in PR is almost non-existent based on his track record.
