He runs the Board, no governance, in breach of own Governance policy. In response to being in breach of Corporate Rules, there response says PR is such an exceptional person with deep knowledge that this out ways the need to follow the rules. Not verbatim but along those lines it’s in one of there announcements. So it’s my party and I’ll cry if I want to.
