Any sniff of sales this will be well north of $1B market cap and even at $300M sale >$2B market cap IMO. Certain bios had >700 P/E after first year of sales to forecast est 140 P/E in FY25 (e.g. PNV)
The concern about IP and generics flooding could be applied to almost any drug to some extent. This is why you partner as they are very good and protecting their investment and +80% interest.

We only probably need to agree to 1 of 3 in play to get PARO over the line. The key for LT holders is to see limited additional dilution and thereby maximising PAR's NPV. We will get taken out on or soon after NDA is my prediction.
