WOW this is hotting up alright. IMHO it was a dumb move by the Chairman of the current board to put out the letter to shareholders using the threat of mass resignation of the Board. It was IMO also stupid to publicly make assertion about the qualifications of the proposed Board members without substantiation of such qualification.

My view of the current Chairman has not altered and has been voiced in my vote.
