Yes I think you are correct when it comes to Public Health spending in China. The Chinese people want to see this ahppen and waterways that be used recreationally and not send people to hospital is a great start. This has been embarrasing for China and they have tried to do whatever is required to clear their name. Wuhan might get more attention than other places and I also believe that a new China will be reborn and a lot more money will from now on be thrown into public health projects from Air quality issues to water remediation etc etc. We feel the pain now and will for sometime still to come but the cogs will not stop here and we will rebound when we have a better grasp on this health related issue. This very Corona Virus issue could very well be the trigger to a better financed public health system and we are there to do our part it and when required
