Aust Shark Tank Entrepreneur, Andrew Banks, will become a shareholder of IMU (if he is not already) after the EGM on 18th Nov.

He is currently an shareholder of Vaxinia Ltd and will swap this for IMU shares once IMU completes its takeover of Vaxinia. (He may already be in IMU separate to his direct Vaxinia stake...but I cant verify this from public disclosure documents)

If Andrew Banks one of Aust richest businessman, worth over $300m, previous founder of recruitment firms Morgan & Banks and Talent2, introducer of Krispy Kreme to Aust (not sure if is a good thing for our waste-lines), backer of high growth companies, thinks Vaxina/IMU is a good investment ... then we are in great company.

Side note: Morgan & Banks and Talent2 recruited me for a roles in the Investments and Banking industries many years ago ... so I am grateful for Andrew Banks' previous companies and I have been following his very successful business career for decades.

And no... I don’t think Vaxinia/IMU Chairman Paul Hopper went on Shark Tank to pitch Vaxinia/CF33... but it is fun to imagine that it happened that way.

Now...how to get Mark Cuban (loud-mouth Billionaire US Shark Tank judge, Owner of NBA Team Dallas Mavricks, potentail US presidential candidate) on to the IMU share register?!?!
