belgium -anyone remember the belgium congo? While the Belgium court (‘Belgium court opens way for Sharon trial’) allows itself the chutzpah to try any Israeli who has at sometime served in the defence of their homeland (local Jews are probably next), they specifically exclude themselves from prosecution. Belgian atrocities in the Congo, for example, cannot be brought before this court.

Also strange that Belgium has neglected to prosecute the actual people who committed the massacre, the Phalangists, themselves?

And what about cases against Yasser Arafat and his cronies?

I suppose that Belgium believes that killing Jews and Christians is not a crime, since the Phalangist attack was in revenge for similar attacks on Christian Maronites. It’s only when ‘Palestinian’ Arabs are killed that the cases need to be looked at. Talk about perpetuating the ‘victim’ mythology that ‘Palestinians’ indulge in.
