Area of Pacific Ocean 165 million sq km
Indian Ocean 70 mill sq kilometres

Total ocean area is about 590 million square kilometres

About 80% of the planet surface is water.



And the sea level is going to rise by a metre?
That would take 60 million cubic kilometres of water.

Planet Earth is a sealed unit, almost nothing comes in and gravity won't let anything out.

There isn't enough extra water to flood 600 million square kilometres to a metre.
