Yep, been keenly watching this stock since the sell off after the IPO.
My reasoning it's underperformed even though good cash balance and potential in copper and gold is that it's not as sexy as the lithium, nickel, etc. stocks in play related to EV battery supply chain. Capital has been deployed to other stocks with sexier stories, simple as that. Also probably a few stale holders who bought the pump on ipo.
QML will have its day, but it will take serious drill results and resource upgrade to wake punters up.
QML is well structured, low amount of shares on issue, well capitalised and well managed.
They just need show some solid result and it will be off to the races.
I expect it may behave like MHK did ( I know they have found nickel, different resource to QML) but similar story, their stock sat at 20c while punters jumped onto sexier stocks and questioned why MHK SP wasn't higher, then bang, announced a resource upgrade, SP 3-4 times higher in one day.
This may well be what happens with QML, which is pretty much what the recent broker coverage report says....
