Looks to me like someone testing stops ... still a VWAP of 1.21 ... but clearly ... as always .... it's death by pin pricks with this mob.
FUJI had a few things to iron out with the option, three months later still nothing ... Our sterling management gave them a free pass to ditcher for another six months ... How interesting that it takes any decsiion to within a week of the cheap management shares - converted from options using a cheap company margin loan - notching up a CGT discount ...
One things for sure, if this decision runs up to the end of the option period we are unlikely to see a run up like last time, but a dump ... The risk given the history of failuing to deliver dollar deals would be too great for many to hold on ... Maybe that's what's being counted on
