Rob, as far as I can make out, this is not Noble selling to eskom, but rather them marjeting the coal within RSA. The only purchaser for this coal would be;
a) Eskom
b) the private , municipal power stations, of which there are only 3 or 4 small ones,
c) a SA based trader who would then export it as low grade coal to India.
