DJ Riversdale Deal spotlights Atrum Coal's Potential -- Market Talk

For investors considering a bet on Atrum Coal, this year's purchase of Riversdale Resources by Hancock Prospecting is a useful guide. Riversdale owned the Grassy Mountain coking-coal project in Alberta, Canada, which is close by Atrum's Elan Coal project. Riversdale was bought for A$744 million, and Shaw uses that to set its price target for Atrum at A$0.80/share. However, the bull's discounted cash flow valuation for Elan South is A$2.10/share, increasing to A$4.50/share if Atrum also develops the Isolation South resource that has the potential to double production from the project. .....and the shares drop straight after this huge "wrap" !!!!!! There are some strange things going on in the Share Market nowadays really annoying me . Still I guess just another chance to buy cheap & make a bigger profit in a short while ?? DWJD
