I guess that's $0.53 [or 1.68%] - today BHP eased $0.89 or 2.25%!
IMO the recent actions targeting ratings agencies and assigning them a role in the GFC in the US indicate just how much credibility they have.
IMO terms such as ratings agencies, moving accounts to the Caymen Islands, Swiss bank accounts .... all belong in the same basket - one I label as "hold in contempt & be very suspicious of motives"!
Many people heeded advice from such quarters and from economic experts including our own home grown gurus. They missed out on the ~50% rise in the XAO since March as a consequence.
