Why is it that Citibank is qualified to offer financial comment on other successful companies like BHP when it almost went broke itself, aka; belly-up, bailed out, almost bankrupt and survived only by a US$20 billion US treasury injection. Citibank has no right to give advice on anyone else in the financial world. Advice it may be but based on their own performance it should be judged as worthless.
