It could be one of the best and longest running scams everrrr, allowing many to make a substantial quid and generating much laughter at the expense of gullible and beleiving types.
Or, it could be the daring and difficult start-up period of a region-making, poverty cycle breaking, bonanza for all involved, company that gets rewarded for going where no one else dared.
Some have already formed their views. Some have voted with their feet. Many have lost patience and lost faith in management, others have stuck around for the full journey.
Time will reveal all, or most of it anyway.
