They have debts, they have assets, asset has sticker price, people want to pay fire sale price, bank won't give credit to anyone, assets worth less than debt. There are 25 lenders, you just need one to say "I've had enough, I don't even have enough money for myself, I want my money back now!" BNB goes V.A.
