Foreign mining companies have been in Armenia since the end of the war in the early 1990s - mining deposits north and south of Lichkvaz, yet no-ones snapped it up?
It's been sitting there since 1980. Must be a gem.
IMO TMR has the same policy as IBR - it's called pump and dump. Dress the mutton up as lamb, and look for the next sucker.
But Im happy to be proven wrong, and will disclose I was an IBR holder who took the deal.
