Hmmmm - do you accept offer hoping they get to 90percent and lift to 16.25 or sell on mkt for guaranteed 16.20 less brokerage - guess it comes down to no. Of shares you have - personally I'm leaning to sell on mkt & forego a couple of hundred $ rather than risk a grand should they not get 90percent
