Me too, Matt. They want the whole company- that's pretty clear. Take the company, delist it, then it's private. I was going to sell @ $16.23 and then decided that I may as well get the benefit of non-brokerage, rather than someone else getting it.

Having said that, all of us sitting around discussing should we accept or not, means that less people have accepted. :) I'd say a few, or quite a few, are just being a bit lazy, and we need an "ACCEPT THE OFFER", reminder.

Still, something crazy could happen, and a new bidder might come to the fore. Highly unlikely, imo, but I like to have my shares liquid in case something like that does occur.
